Hello, sunshine! May is here, and we’re ready to kick off summer fun with you and your furry friends. Check out these helpful reminders and cool tips to make this season pawsitively awesome.

Surprise—no more payment hassle! Everyone’s now set up for auto-pay. It’s all about making bookings a breeze and letting you focus on the fun stuff.

Invoices will be updated for any specials or packages before sending. If you have questions or notice errors, please contact us.

Because we handle specials and packages manually, we may occasionally miss something. We apologize for any inconvenience and will ensure any missed items are credited to your account.  

Please note that no taxes or service charges will be deducted for any services, specials, or packages. We only apply credits to the account for any specials, packages, services, or discounts, and we do not have access to refunding a credit card.

We can’t wait for sunny days, but when it gets toasty (over 25°C), we turn into super-safety mode for your pups! If your dog needs special care or a cool-down break, we’ll always chat with you and Alexis first. Don’t worry—walks and adventures are still on, but your furball’s safety is always our top priority.

Want to help your dog beat the heat? Try splashing them with water, strolling in the shade, or donning a stylish cooling vest—your fur friend will thank you!

Our team has been instructed to look for signs of heat stress or heat stroke and will always communicate with clients if we see anything of concern.

Profiles

For feeding, medication, or any extra instructions, please fill out the profile with clear details, including amount, date, and time, or leave a detailed service note per appointment. If these details are incomplete, we will NOT administer medications or feeding.

Our pack is growing fast! If you or your pup have a favorite walker, just let us know—we’ll do our best to match you up and keep everyone’s tails wagging.

For those of you who may not know, we have expanded into British Columbia on Vancouver Island. Our social media is for both branches, but please ensure we remain fully operational and that nothing has changed at our Fort McMurray branch. I, Alexis, still run everything up here with no changes.
